First, the link to www.nc.com has absolutely nothing to do with games, unless you're integrating Java into broadcast media (or something like that). For the love of God, man, leave that spot blank if you don't have an actual web page; because no one's going to take you seriously if you do something like that.
Second, I think creating thousands of games might be shooting a little high, unless you're going to put out a game every 24 hours for several years (of course, Super Dueling Minivans was quite an enjoyable game). But I didn't really take that very seriously; and neither, probably, will anyone else.
So then we get to the Help Wanted Ad. "help wanted. FAST!" the subject screams, but there's really nothing to be said about the project, other than it's being created by Nocturnal Creations, whose hyperlink goes to Liberate Technologies (rather than Nocturnal Creations). Finally, a programmer would likely want to know what sort of a project he is applying for before sending out a resume.
I mean, if you're remotely serious about getting a project up and running, eloquence is a quality that cannot be understated. While enthusiasm is nice, false links (you really have to change that immediately) and a general sense of vagueness won't get anyone else to join you in your quest to be number one.
Go into some depth about your project whenever possible, especially if you're trying to elicit others to join it; because they either have to be excited about it, or be exceptionally well-paid. And it's really not that difficult to get people excited about a project. You just have to explain it. Be eloquent. Capitalize. And then you've got a shot at making contacts and a great product.
