I myself have been working a full time job to try and get my game company off the ground and it's been a huge struggle these last few years, 50+ hours a week for my job, family and whatever time I have left in the day for game programming. Within the last few months I've been able to slowly cut back on the hours I do at work and have been able to put more time into finally finishing our first game title http://koth.chaoticstudios.com.
