Ape to TX part 2

Decided to do some additional work on the APE engine today, at this point I have multiple versions, its easily customizable, so I updated my SVN with another version.

Will there be Occlusion Culling in T3D?

Is there a plan to get Occlusion Culling into T3D? Since we lost the zoning of TGE there is a real need for rendering improvements.
