Plan for Adam Baratz

Generally in flux. Is now the agreeable time to start work on my game, or should I wait for version 1.2 of TGE? How flexible should the game be? Is it best to tightly design the new code around it, or should I make it hideously modular, extensible, and less focused? Should I be the only one on the dev team for it so I don't have to worry about conflicting "visions," or should I go through the trouble of finding interested people to speed things up? Major questions such as these are plaguing me now. Their affect on the overall design of my elusive project is making me cautious about answering them. Hopefully feedback on this .plan will add some resolve to the situation.
