I think 6 months ago I never would have even thought of something such as an overlay. I guess its a totally new concept to me, coming from an acting/writing background, to create an image that will overlay as a GUI. Its a high concept. Thats why I was very excited today when I created the first of what I hope will be many overlays, for the games MMI is creating. I'm hoping the overlays will reflect my company, and where appropriate affect the right mood for the game and enhance storytelling, etc. I want them to be inspiring, and above all a reflection of my company and modern concepts.

without further ado..

This image is a concept overlay for my new game, "Zthompurz" I'm building for play on the Xbox360

Stephen Zepp said the same thing. Basically, I just try to write a component a day. Though now I find myself writing 5-7 components in one day, then spending a week or two working on them, and refining what I have written.
