Interning at GG again, doing some neat stuff, and enjoying the clean Eugene air...
Ahh, it's nice to be back. I'm finally all set up and ready to go for the summer interning one of the greatest companies out there. Looks like I should be working on some neat stuff this summer, which will certainly stand out in the community if everything goes as planned, though I don't know if I can talk about much of it at this point.

However, I can talk about the DTS shader work I've been steadily working on! Development halted when my classes decided to get real hard real quick, but I'm now back on track and should be finishing up the DTS portion of my shader work, and hopefully release it sometime this summer. I'd also like to share the overbright interiors (as seen in the most recent Legends dev snapshot) and possibly a few other things with the rest of the community as soon as possible.

I'm currently working on rewriting/overhauling the precipitation in Torque. This new version will be a lot more reliable and user-friendly, and probably look a lot better! I should be finishing that up in the next day or two and then it's on to new and exciting other things!

Yay Chris! Precipiation is one of the things I wanted to fix myself. Will you port this into TSE?

I'm sure porting it will be cake, so I might as well.

The rain precip example just checked in is great.

I did notice that the rain seems to "blow" in the opposite direction (180 degrees) as the particle emitters tho (like smoke).
