Blog post
Hello. I made it through the tutorial. It worked. Thanks for having a software for people who'd like to put some feet on their dreams. Also, I recently came to the conclusion that I had "mac" vision--obstructing my view of a greater computer world out there...looking forward to making contributions to the community. I love music. I've gotta a web site that I recently posted to my .mac homepage. It needs a little tweaking before I share it. I'm looking in to designing short music clips for menus (like the opening mood of the gui experience that reflects the vision of the game designers)...gonna put a couple of music clips on my web site once I'm more pleased with the site's appearance.

Specifics--I checked out the available information on constructor. Can't wait. Also, I've been trudging through Luke Ahearn's 3D GAME TEXTURE text published with Focal Press. It's a great book.

Any advice for a very beginner would be greatly appreciated.

Like James Bond said, start small. Try and figure out what you can before asking questions. But don't be afraid to ask questions. If you do what you can to solve the problem prior to asking a question, then when you recieve an answer, you will be informed enough to understand and apply the answer you recieve.

Thank you again for comments and advice. I can't wait till' constructor comes out--there should be jubilation in the mac camp. I did decide to start small.
