My name is Sean C. Isabella and I am currently moving to the Boston area. I am looking to get working on a new project developing artwork and designs for a game. I'm in Salem MA, but I'm not really the game dev studio you may be looking for.

However, I think there is an Atari setup somewhere in Beverly MA, and another setup somewhere in Boston, I forget the name but they made some pretty big games.
