Hey, everybody!

The current edition of the Navy Times features a write-up about the series! Pretty much everyone in the Navy reads the Navy Times, or at least glances at it at the check out line at the exchange. Hoo-yah, free publicity!

Check it out here: www.navytimes.com

or the direct link to the article here: www.navytimes.com/news/2007/05/navy_shipwreck_070507w/

It's also featured in the print version, so if anyone out there has access to a Navy Exchange, you may pick yourself up a copy.

Now I know on the telephone interview with the reporter, I said "Torque by GarageGames" about a dozen times. I'll just have to say it two dozen times for the next article.

Take it easy!

-Pat

Cool publicity! I've enjoyed the series and didn't realized the humor was so niche-targeted. I like the dry, subtle humor style used.

When the voice track is finished, Hrabe then begins animating the episodes with a program similar to the one used to make computer games, which produces video that looks similar to the Xbox game Halo.

similar to one used to make games?? haha. Maybe one day the Torque Machinima Engine (TME) will be capable of making games too! We can only dream...

Nice work and congrats for the Navy recognition. I just started watching this today, I was about to email you about an issue with the first ep, and you dealt with it immediately in the second ep - the lighting - very astute. Great work - I'm going to watch more.

I know I have been watching and I have absolutely nothing to do with the navy!

..oh.. and enjoying..

Yes I just read your review in the Navy Times, and I agree with Barry. Even though it's meant for naval personnel I can still understand what they are talking about, and can share your frustration,Patrick. Good luck turning this show into Pro!

That was a pretty good write up.
I like the series more each episode, keep them coming!
