Blog post
I would like it very much if I could talk to someone on the realm wars team because, My friend and I have made the most amazing mod you have ever seen! I think the great Dr,soupy and I would make a huge asset to this realm wars team. We have been modding your realm wars game version RWWC for about three years now. I think our version and Ideas are something to listen too. How can the Dr.Soupy and I get on your team? We will send a coded version of it to you guys so you can experence our mod. Trust me when I say you ant seen nothin yet! I have some back ground in computers but Dr. Soupy has a B.A in comp graphics. He knows alot of scripting such as Java and all that. And he has learned the C++ script so well he can easyly speak it! Togther with my character scripting, and weapons scripts we kick some serious butt!!!! So what do you say want to see?

While your mod skills sounds uber l33t, have you tried using Google to search for realm wars and post on the appropriate site?
www.realmwarsgame.com
They have a contact section of the site....try there.....
Wow...

Looks like you're all out of spellcheck and common sense as well... Honestly, this is not a blog. You need to post to forums, not a blog, for this sort of thing. And yeah, people do doubt you're ub3r l33t sk!lls because your "blog" does not state any facts, only claims and suppositions which are only backed up by more claims and suppositions.
For the love of all that is good and green on this earth, post this to the forums!

I think the OP has a BS in blogging.
If you want people to take you seriously, drop some screenshots and post some information about what this l33t mod actually does. Writing may not be everyone's thing, as Ron stated, but dictionary.com and a spell checker can even the field.

When I was hand selecting members for my company, Zombie Shortbus, I didn't invite the people I knew to be "bad ass programmers." I went after people I knew who were talented, but also had great communication skills. My current team knows their stuff when it comes to game design and development, but they are also courteous, patient, well spoken, and know the appropriate means of executing their ideas.
Good luck with your further ventures in game development.

>And he has learned the C++ script so well he can easyly speak it!
C++ is a general-purpose, high-level programming language with low-level facilities. It is a statically typed free-form multi-paradigm language, supporting procedural programming, data abstraction, object-oriented programming, and generic programming.
Yeah, not seeing "script" in there anywhere..

Quote:I was thinking along the same lines :) Gee, we seem to be getting more and more bullsh*t every now and then on here, it's a waste of space and unnecessarily pushes down relevant posts. I think gg need to monitor (or get someone to monitor) these blogs/forums more, and delete the nonsense and ban/warn anyone attempting to become even slightly twat'ish...
Looks like you're all out of spellcheck and common sense as well

Believe me, there have been worse .plans, such as people asking for help with script or programming (which belongs in the forums). This .plan, after all, does have some very blog-like qualities. Not to mention, I'd like to believe that GG employees manage their time more wisely by working on engine fixes, updates, site bugs, and helping out in more important forum threads.
