Blog post
Well, hello everybody, I'm back already.

Faster than expected.

But with a good reason to it! Work on my little level builder extension for T2D has made great progress and I am here to show you what I have done the last two days! :)

Ollie: "Damn.. not again. Gotta re-edit all enemies now"

Ollie: "Hmm.. that should do it. Hide trees and lock background stuff and player."

Ollie: "Yay, that was piece of cake! n_n"

Ollie: "Now hide all unneccessary stuff and work some more on the background."

By the way.. on these screenshots I have isometric y-sorting activated in the level editor aswell. I'm very happy with what I got done in only two days. I have to find a nice and clean way to save those manager settings in the project, get a few issues fixed and implement my last manager.. a SimGroup manager to create and destroy named SimGroups on the scene graph.

Oh and I forgot to mention, this stuff you see on the screens works on split views too!

So far,
Hazel

Wow! That's excellent work. Are you planning on releasing it?

Yeah I will release it as a free resource. :)

You might want to look at how photoshop manages layers.. pretty much anything you want to layer would be useful to follow thier lead (layers, layer sets (collapsed layers), layer locking, layer chaining (moving both layers at once) etc..

Good work though!

You look scarily like a younger version of a guy I used to work with on Worms called Colin Surridge :) I hope there's no family ties :)

He looks kinda gangster if you ask me. LOL A thug ass looking programmer. Is that a wave cap/do rag or a baseball hat? Anyway, I like TGB so anything you can do to make it even better, easier, more manageable or whatever, I'm all for it. Keep up the good work.
