My brother and I have been working on our game BATTLE!!! off and on since we purchased a copy of TGE in November of 05. We played with the idea for several months. Toying with things we had no idea how to do. We got bored after about three months and gave up. Then we picked it up again in the fall of 06. Now again we played with it, posted some comments, we where calling it alot of names. Now we are back. With a nearly completed version of TGE we are starting up work again. Only this time we actually can comprehend the coding and scripting needed to make a game possible. We have many things setup to achieve a basic version of our initial idea. But with only two people at the grind our progress is slow, especially with school and full time jobs. But we grind none the less. So here is some images of one of the characters.
So far we have basic stuff in our game.
--Character Select
--Mission selections
--Host & Join Internet/Lan
--Basic weapons
Things we are still working on.
--Player Customizations (hide mesh)
--Weapon Customizations (rather than weapons you can pick up)
--Online Shop (for customizations & icons)
--Level Editor
--Custom vehicles (2 small/med, 1 large)
--Uploadable Player Icons
--Linked player info with our Xoops site (UAC - as soon as I figure out the scripting :D )
--And Some More things that I can't think of right now....
Obligatory image. :D
A Ninja character.Textures are being reworked. but the character is finished.

(IMHO) I have two little suggestions;
1. Check your smoothing groups in order to give the feeling of edges in the second guy's armor. Currently, with the smooth edges, the armor looks like a bit that it is made up with marshmellows.
2. For those metallic round things on the legs of the first guy, I suggest using a few more polygons instead of just getting it over with the texture. Just bump them out a little.

The Armored soldier is merely a concept, his mesh is still in the works. It was initially built for our Mrcenaries game a couple of months back, which we had to stop producing on account of family problems.
The ninjas textures are not final and are still being kinked out. we are working on also adding attachements so we can use the Hidemesh resource we implemented a couple of months back. We are still trying to figure out how to get the scripting figured out for this as we (my brother and I) are not coders or scripters, but artists. We are still learning so our progress is extremely slow.
