@Ian, thanks for the demo release, however, just a small hitch in the installer -- the shortcuts created by the installer seem to be specific to your system -- making references to D:\GarageGames, etc ... just as an FYI

Thanks David. Ill see if i cant fix that up for the future :)

Just gave the demo a quick whirl, as there appeared to be no servers currently running, I was on my own to fend off ... apparently nothing, :)

Loved the level design, the soldier model was interesting, especially when it came to movement, I felt a little off balance while running around in 3rd person mode, not quite sure why ... the soldier just bopped along, and when running around and cutting corners really sharply, It was as if my body weight was shifting directions, which was again, strange ...

I did have quite a few odd things happen that I did not like much, for example, as I was the only player on the map, why was I hearing random gun shots -- every time it happened, I turned quickly with excitement thinking that someone else had joined the server I launched ... and this random gun shot issue wasn't the only time audio just seemed to go 'haywire', sometimes if I was standing still next to a door way, it sounded like someone was outside running around ... again, excited, and ... almost shed a tear.

Other then that, I thought it was great, and can't wait to get on a server with a few people and blow some holes in someone

Thanks for the mini review :). I have noticed a few odd sound glitches but never was able to track down the cause. Things like constant weapon firing sounds e.t.c

Very nice game. Needs a little more sound effects like grunts from falling. Footsteps and things of that nature. When the gernades are thrown they need to tumble a bit. I loved how the player was off center in reference to the aim reticle. Let's get some servers rolling, I wont to start some pwnage.

Downloading this thing now. I'm interested to see what you've done with our game in the past few months.

I downloaded this yesterday, but got in to play it today.
I noticed in the starting point, if you go down to the water that some of the palm trees aren't touching the ground.
I loved the jetpack. It only took one time hitting the ground too hard to figure out how to soften the landing. :)
It looks great, but I don't think I explored enough. I didn't see anything other than the radar control building. Your objects are fantastic. Quite realistic looking. :)

as this was posted almost a year ago, I'd say it's probably safe to assume that this particular demo is no longer available --
