GDC - what a trip! Got to see some cool stuff and meet and hang out with some great people. I think this next year is going to be a really exciting one for indie game developers. Right now I'm just trying to catch up on sleep and enjoy the spring weather we're having here.

Unrelated to games, I just went to see Dennis Kucinich speak today at a local community college. That guy is awesome! He's passionate, he's funny and his commitment to the highest of human values is very inspiring.

More soon...

Aye, Kucinich is a good man, definitely the best democratic candidate. Too bad he won't get the nomination.

Hell yea! I was surprised and happy to see some Kucinich signs up in my area when primary time rolled around (I within close proximity to 2 major military bases, not a lot of support for people like him). Naturally he won't win, but to see people like that getting at least some support makes me happy.

It would be interesting to see a political demographic breakdown of indie developers.

I think that would just lead to silly flame wars...

My suggesting is to skip any political breakdowns.

Kucinich fights the good fight. I don't agree with everything he says, and I'm not sure he would make a good president, (obligitory Carter mention here) but I give him a lot of credit for going out there and trying to make people think, even though he doesn't stand a chance.

Bush and Kerry: thank God only one of them can win.

Yeah unfortunatley brains and good intentions don't always make a good president. I mean, look at Bush. Well wait... never mind.

Yeah.. I mean look at Carter. He had a PHD in pyhsics and was a really good honest guy, and well... he wasnt really what you would call a "Kick Butt" president. Clinton was at the very least entertaining.

Carter did not have a pHd when he was president. As I understand it, our current President is the first to have had any degree above a bachelor's.
