Blog post
Hi all.

This is going to be a relatively small blog entry for a number of reasons ( 1) I have never written a blog before. 2) I am only just beginning Torque seriously. 3) I have a heap of homework to do). I thought I should start a blog so that I can periodically tell people about the games and projects I'm working on with Torque (if anyone is actually interested in what I'm doing :D) or simply just to let it all out without going crazy with ideas all built up inside.

It will also give me a bit of motivation and reason for even doing these projects and maybe I might even be able to scab a bit of help from the wonderful Torquers here. If anyone has anything at all to say about what I am doing please post because I'd rather get constructive criticism than nothing at all (thats CONSTRUCTIVE criticism by the way :D).

I am currently working on a game called Prophet which I am looking for team members to work on with me, but I can't release any info right now.

Anyway for now goodbye
Tim

Also: Please contact me if you are interested in working on my team :D

It will help you get team members if you told us what your game was about...

Welcome mate and good luck :)

As ben said, for your next plan, when you got a bit more time, tell us what Prophet's about, why its different, what its like etc :)! Look forward to hearing about it :)!

If your new to game development check out the articles on gamedev.net, I think their excellent, if a little dated :)

Didn't he say that he couldn't release any information?

He did say that he couldn't release any information, but its going to be extremely difficult to attract any team members without some kind of information being avilable about the project. Though, I'm sure he'll be releasing some information as time goes on.

@Tim: Heres a tip.. Kickass demos attract kickass team members.

I was writing that post while getting ready for school. When I get more time (which will be in a few hours from now :D) I will write up all about the game and start working on uploading some concept art. Thankyou for all your advice.

Tim
