Might I suggest that game developers post their voice acting jobs online to receive demos, proposals and price quotes at http://www.InteractiveVoices.com? It's easy, fast, and an indispensable tool for finding voice actors in your own backyard, North America, and overseas.
Half of the battle in this business is knowing where to turn, the other half is picking the perfect voice for the job :)
Cheers,
Stephanie
