@ Stephan
I am not quite sure why the links are giving you trouble. Try THIS LINK, if it works it should go right to the buy now page. If that doesn't work I will try and figure out the problem and get back to you asap.

No problem, check your email I sent you the top secret information.
@Wade
Most of the buildings you are not able to enter. In the Warehouse pack there are three or four (can't remember off the top of my head) that you can go inside, they have basic interiors. We may work on some specific buildings to compliment the downtown pack with interiors, but they are a lot more complex. Still might be a possibility.

I'm running a P4 3ghz, 1gb ram, 7300 NVidia 256mb, Kyle's system i is running an AMD 4400+ and I believe a 7900 series NVidia card. He sees a bit of a performance gain over mine on just about everything, whereas I run on the test levels 50 to 65 fps, he's coming in at about 5 fps faster.
I have two test levels btw, I just need to check them for detail and terrain textures that might not be in stock TGE. (since I did the original testing I've built on the levels a bit) I'll try to get a link up here for folks to download later today/this evening.

I have some performance issues, but it is in Windows emulated mode; though I think regarding our targetted audience, it's a good test.
| Alan James (Aug 31, 2007 at 03:40 GMT) |
Here are a few demo levels that I had used for testing. They are pretty basic, but it might help for performance profiling and just getting a feel for an idea of the content layout and such. They are far from complete really anything, but possibly useful.
I've included also the ML files, but a couple of the levels still light pretty darn slow...i.e. think Torque Demo level. I think it's really just par for the course for TGE, but beyond single player packet monkeying, I don't have a really good answer for you on that front and that doesn't really affect lighting.
There is one detail texture that is included, since I couldn't remember if it was stock TGE or not. Just drop it in your terrains directory or really anywhere in your data path. If I happened to miss something and it gives you the "missing content" error, just drop your console, see what file it is and snip it out of the .MIS file and you should be good to go.

I forgot to note, one is Downtown District, two are for the Warehouse Pack.
Thanks,
Alan

We will be trying to set up the links for that later this evening. We have some general cleaning up of the site to do and some small updates. If not tonight, for sure tomorrow.
