Just a small image of a zombie I've been working on. Very far from done, but can always use a little feedback.

Seems like you've dug a huge amount into the 'zombie' details way before the actual character has any zombie'ish form.
Example : Zombies are well-known to have limbs that don't hang properly, dragging around like they have a broken shoulder, hunched, etc. If you took some time to figure out those things before adding (ANY) details, you'd probably end up with a more developed and distinct model :)

Yeah, all the attitude will come after the model is done and after rigging and skinning and all that jazz. I just find it easier to pose with a rigged character instead of building him into a pose. And the plan is to use him for a normal map as well. Yay, normal maps!
