I implemented the fmod resource with only minor tweaking and started working to synchronize my stepfiles and the music.

It wasn't long until I decided to create a basic GUI to contain the prototype interface. I created a new button on the main menu that opens up my test GUI. On the test GUI i've created a fretboard that scrolls using the Scrolling Bitmap Control resource. Then I spawn bitmapCtrls as the notes get created and dynamically move them down the page in time with the music. I'm currently working on getting the synchronization working correctly but basically the prototype display is working properly.

I still wonder if the 32m ticking is a problem or not for synching.

My next step is to create active notes and then check the guitar controller input against them to record correct notes.
