I branched the MoM codebase a few days ago to work on some big changes going in for version 1.1 The next major version focuses on pushing MoM into the market... getting more community members... and generally increasing the site/game's traffic. It's exciting stuff and I'm very stoked about it.

We're also forging ahead with new goodies on the way to 1.1, the latest patch notes are below.

The Dedicated World Server repository has also been updated with new assets and code. If you are running your own dedicated world, please update your world.

Patch v1.05 - 2-5-06

* Added Worm and Bisotaur models, thanks to Magnus Blikstad of WIT Entertainment.

* Removed the Reverse Gravity from Tempests and Wizards.

* Updated the Doom Knight epic quest, thanks to Rev-O.

* Added some new Grewail Grunts and Ogre Outcast spawns and items, thanks to Rev-O.

* Added some new spawns and unique drops to the Eldritch Temple, thanks to Theeris.

* The Guard Dradoom quest can now only be done once.

* Added a new quest to Frostbite Islands, thanks to OldRod. MoD speak to Greelsa Mais, FoL speak to Amber Dinzhoff.

* Added 11 new poisons, thanks to Beebster.

* Mukluks of the Arctic Wolf are 5% faster.

* Significantly boosted the stats on all Blightborn Hide armor, thanks to Keallsovfe.

* Added journal entries and a limit to the number of times you can do the combat casting quest.

* Fixed Baron Grash's head texture.

* Increased the difficulty mod of Mephite the Young and removed Blightborn armor from loot.

* Tome of the Blight drops off High Priest Lethali in Talrim Hills, this gives Revealers the Spell Critical skill.

* MoD players can unlock the Vicious Bat monster template by completing Maggi Stormcloud's quest.

* Added level requirement of 50 to begin the Ranger, Druid, Monk, and Necromancer epic quests.

* Updated the Paladin epic quest. *Players in the middle of this quest should go back to Jobeech Ric to receive the Paladin Epic Instructions in order to continue the quest.* Part 2 of the quest will be added soon.

* Increased Durukan the Unliving's movement speed.

* Removed Healing VI from the Paladin's spells and added back to the Shaman line. Healing VII is now a level 36 spell which the Shaman Trainer now sells.

* Added a level 55 quest for melee types. Talk to Martine Ironbender in the desert. Thanks to Keallsovfe.

* MoD players can now talk to Mandrake Stonecutter in Mt. Zharim without being attacked.

* Made minor modifications to the monk epic dialog.

* Moved the bindstones in Jakreth Jungle slightly northeast so they are out of the way of the guards. The location has been updated on your map.

* Updated the scimitar and arrow recipes, thanks to Tkirby.

* Lowered the aggro range on the Defiled Skeleton.

* Warrior Epic update: You have 10 minutes to kill the sisters before the Sisters Guardian returns.

* Crown of the Sewers now shows up when equipped.

* Added worm spawns with new loot to Talrim Hills, Tomb of Pharoah Tarkus, and Swamp of Ruin.

* Added bisotaur spawns with new loot to Talrim Hills. Added new loot to current mobs in Talrim.

* Raised the stats on the Tiger Claw Dagger.

* Other misc fixes and enhancements

i think what makes MMORPGs appealing is the sense that they are literally fighting something a lot bigger than them. Awesome stuff, the worm is great :D

very nice stuff josh... hey, would a donation to ur cause getyou to release the day/night cycle code u have in ur engine? Just let me know how much, I don't want the whole code base, but ur day/night stuff works very well.

@Vince - I believe the guy who did the TLK has a Day/Night cycles product in development. The screenshots from the last IGDC looked really sweet.
