Are you going with a publisher, or are you going to make them when people order the game?

looks good btw:)

I was wondering the same thing. :)

Hehe... Y'know... I saw the pictures before I read the post and immediately jumped to the conclusion that they'd stuck a big white dot of the dragon's genitals 'cause it's a safe-for-work post. I dunno what that says about me. Maybe I outta change my browsing habits... =)

Have you considered a re-design of the game name logo?

It's good but can be better. Do an art contest for it..

Make it glowing like it's in some HDR :)

I don't really care for the title "Minions of Mirth" but I think the title/logo design is good. The game looks excelent considering the size of the team and budget of the game. I love the fact that it's being self published and packed as a CD. I think Josh is making all the right moves with this game, congradulations, and I wish you all the luck in the world man.

Josh,

Any chance of purchasing your code that allows TGE 1.4 and Python to interact? I've read that some people have gotten the tgepython resource to work with 1.4 and Python 2.4 but figured you must have made some code fixes yourself.

Josh - Sounds like your making great progress - I'd have to guess one of your key messages to players of MoM is that it is a living game that like other MMOs it will continue to evolve over time.

In case anyone had noticed MoM on the GG Game Store page, this is a precedent setting game that we're listing, but not distributing, we've pointed all the links to the official MoM website for downloads and purchase. MoM is a unique game and Josh has shown a fiercely independent passion for making and self-publishing MoM, GG is doing what we can to show our support.

If it was GG's decision not to publish MoM, exactly why did GG choose not to publish/distribute it? I believe it's different from anything else GG has to offer. The quality is on par with everything else that has been passed through this site. And theirs nothing wrong with veriety. Is GG really that serious about publishing only small games? If so why? If this is the case, I'm simply trying to get GG's point of view on this issue so that maybe I can understand what your trying to do with this community. Thanks.

Sounds to me like it was Ritter's decision not to publish with GG.

lol I can't believe I missed that. Thanks Chris.

I wouldn't read too much into this...

GG has done an amazingly cool thing by featuring us in the game store.
