I'm very pleased to announce that Newyork Virtual is releasing "Coolsailors" beta version (torque 1.3.5):

About
"2007 Coolsailors Begin" is a massively multi-player online game integrating learning science and
technology into game playing and entertaining. Coolsailors game world is featured with RPG, FPS
and RTS elements.
Here is how Coolsailors game differs from other mmo games:
1. The game interface. player controls his character from a Command interface by
talking( type commands, similiar to linux command or dos command) to player's own
character( not NPC) to do most stuff except some special keys which tied to some
commands, such as "w, s, d,a" for walking, "f, e" for change 1st person view to 3rd
person view, "click" for firing weapons and etc.
2. Character conversion. Players can convert himself from woody charcters to Human,
robot, bird, fish, hover-vehicle, space-vehicle as you wish any time ( at certain levels ).
The game world consists of various Space Station and Planet :
Tamaya Space Station(Coolsailors Player Center)
Agvene Space Station(Coolsailors HQ)
Planet Tyee(Coolsailors School&Research)
Planet Magena(Coolsailors Base)
Planet Tenskwatawa (Coolsailors Experiment)
Planet Altsoba(Gate)
Planet Amadahy(Hot rock Resources)
Planet Kiwidinok(Underwater Resource)
