Chiro's looking good as always =)

love the bow guy, and the purple one is nice and spacy to, looks nice, cant se witch names go's where thou :S

but nice work man, who's modeling all of these?

Richard Van Stone   (Jan 26, 2007 at 04:26 GMT)
I'm modelling them. This week I haven't been near my maya machine so I've spent most of the time working on new designs for costume/texture designs. I hope this weekend I'll be able to get to my maya machine and finish uvmapping the model so I can start texturing and show comparisons of the 2d image to the 3d image.

am I the only one who wants to collect 'em all?

Richard Van Stone   (Jan 26, 2007 at 16:04 GMT)
Thanks for the feedback guys...I'm thinking I may have an option for players to 'collect' the npcs to put into their game and play as.

@Sean, I've already got 7 of them, I've got two of the Callisto's, I'll trade you one for a Trinket --

@Rich, nice job, as always, always amusing to see these things -- I can't wait to see them modelled and in a game.

I also have good news....I found someone to actually make tabletop miniatures for the game and I'm working on making Chiro Gummi candies. Nothing like product placement. So in addition to a computer version of the game we're working on actual models that players can get. We'll have premade models of characters from in game that they can build...as well as customize to create Chiros of their own character in game. No idea on pricing or timeframe on release just yet.

@Rich nice man, the idea is awesome. Good luck modeling them though, even though some basic features I can see are a motif (like the face), everything else about them seems totally unique. Still, i've always been a fan of collectible characters/monsters. Grats on getting tabletop minis and Gummi candies, it's always nice to have something physically awesome to play/look at :D
