Well this (TorqueX) isn't as easy as I had thought it might be. There seems to be something missing - I know; it's my lack of understanding of how (process wise) I am meant to write games with this stuff. Time to annoy some people on the forum with my noob questions...

Just maybe you should have made this a forum post. In no way am I saying you don't know what your doing.

Learning TGE first might help.

Have you gone through some of the basic GSE tutorials to get familiar with XNA's setup and deployment and the C# language? Going through the tutorials which ship with XNA will get you up and running. Then working through the TXE tutorials will get you much further since you will have some groundwork.

The best teacher is the example games included. Use them for guidance on how to structure things.

Not really. TGE and Torque X pretty much have nothing in common at all.

Now, playing around with TGB might help!

@Vashner - Learning TXE will be far easier than TGE =P

edit: bah, didn't read all of them and Stephen beat me to it!

Ah my bad. I was assuming TorqueX was TGE porting to C# with other things not a T2D like product. Went into the private forum to read up on it. Apologies.
