This update is coming a few days later then usual and sans images. The transcept (entrance) is mostly done though (as planned for this week) and the goal for next Monday is to have half of the nave (central hall) done. It really doesn't look that different then last week but there were a lot of little things to do that are now done. Only the entrance has be be finished and I'm holding off because I'm not sure how I'm going to tackle it yet. Anyway, image:

Very, very, extremely, nice...

I've always wanted to do art, but I'm not patient enough. With programming, you get some results immediately (sometimes). You should teach me how to do what you do :)

Can't wait to see it done!

I saw this plan and thought "Dang!" I've been working on doing basically the same thing, except I'm using the Canterbury Cathedral (in Canterbury, England). I was planning on doing the inside and out, modifying the stained glass with our own artwork, and elongating the height a bit. I was also planning on placing this into one of our cities and incorporating it into a flyby cam through the city, into the cathedral. Then the camera stopping at eye level for the player to begin exploring.
