Torque Melee Combat
I am currently working on a multiplayer, melee combat experience. I have been a registered Torque owner for quite some time and have finally decided to build a fun, multiplayer game on top of it.
I am currently rewriting the memory manager, removing the scripting system, modifying the input system, beefing up the character animation system, and unfolding the observer pattern in the code where possible.
If you read this plan and you would like to get involved, shoot me an email or IM. I am not going to post an official project until i get the code in a state where I am happy with it. I will also need modelers and animators at some point.

EDIT:
Noticed that your profile seemed to cut off somewhere in there. Welcome to the community (even though you were formerly lurking). You've worked on some great titles and am interested in seeing how melee combat turns out!

removing the scripting system
Huh?
I'm very interested in a melee combat system but I'm not sure what direction you're headed in here.

@Jeremy - I am dropping TS entirely in favor of plug-ins (dlls).
@Burning - For the play mechanics, imagine "Tekken Tag" and "Rival Schools" in a multiplayer environment. It is a game I wanted to make for quite some time.

Wow. 700 gallons? That has to be one of the most relaxing office spaces ever!
