A while ago I posted that my motivation for game development was low. Recently my interest has dropped even lower - I've been trying to improve my Java skills/knowledge to help in my career but that's been a bit slow. I've not had the desire to sit at my computer at home, since I spend all day at one. Moreso with the back problems I've been having recently.
Still, I have other reasons to stay away from my PC; my wife is 20 weeks pregnant. The due date is early May, so I imagine as we get closer to that time, I'll be spending less and less time at my PC. Suddenly being an indie developer doesn't grab me as it used to. Life rolls on and priorities change! Me, a dad? Sheeeeit! :)
On a side note, I bought a copy of Minions of Mirth (no time to play yet!), which is an excellent game and deserves support. Have you bought it yet? Also the changes to the GG site are mostly positive though I preferred the older what's new page, which had more on it. Now it takes too many clicks to get around.
