Plan for Mike Stoddart

Good, solid, spare time is very rare for me these days. I'm currently working overtime to meet deadlines and build up available holidays so I can take time off at Christmas to see my family in England.

I still visit the GG forums and follow what's happening. My WW2 project is on hold due to lack of time (how many times have you heard that?! ;) ), but hopefully I'll get back to it some day. I've seen some amazing projects in progress over the past few months, and that really is a testament to GG's success, so long may it continue!!

I manage to find time to hack out some PHP code from time to time for a little side project I call the WebSite Framework. It's a PHP framework for writing web applications. So far I've written a simple Wiki, a news program and a basic forum. It's a long way from developing games with Torque, where I'd rather be, but these days I find it easier to write PHP than delve into C++ source code and it is fun watching it turn into a usable project!
