Sweet, I like the fact that you've included the shadow maps as well.

I tried purchasing something from your shop a few days ago however it took me to a German PayPal site and as I only know English I couldn't fill out the form. I couldn't work out how to get to an English version of the PayPal site. Any suggestions?

I've had that same problem Tim, but on the paypal page there is like a currency drop down or something that will change it to english or whatever language that you need. So it is doable, just a pita. =P

Cool, thanks for the tip!

Wow, that's a lot of quality content for a low price. Nice work!

Tree Pack + Fir Pack = endless possiblities

I would buy it but I don't know how much it is. 17,95Euro is how much US.

@Tim: see jens.3d-diggers.de/images/change_PayPal.jpg how/where to change the language for Paypal.

Christian Herzog   (Jun 09, 2007 at 08:45 GMT)
First of all, thanks :)

@Language problem: thats because paypal assumes you're german speaking 'cause you're coming from a german site :/

Here are some more higher res screenshots, taken with the modernization kit:

Hardly no poly sorting errors (thats what I'm most proud of, 'cause it's a really hard and frustrating task ;) )

Just some more shots:

nice - I'll be buying a pack. What's the EULA? Single use only in a commercial game?

Also, any chance of getting the source in OBJ or Lightwave format? Or even Blender?

Christian Herzog   (Jun 10, 2007 at 07:45 GMT)
@OBJ: I'll try to see what I can do!
(I'm currently in my exams, so give me two weeks time, then I've got holidays :) )

@EULA:

# Question: I'd like to release 2 or more demos to try which game concept people like and then decide on the final project after I get the people's feedback. Can I use the content packs for those demos, too?
Answer: In that case we'd appreciate if you could inform us and tell us your plans and we'll work something out ... but we don't want to nit-pick ;-)

So I guess if it's a whole game (free or not free), you need a license.

I'd like to remark two more things:

1)Let me/us know what you liked or didn't like.
This way we can improve our future packs and rework the "old" ones.
(things like the model format issue)

2)Let us know what type of content packs you guys want!
On my todo list is a hazelnut bush (in many variations) and some other things, but if you got some suggestions, we can surely put them in the list!

or just here ;)

Looks great, nice work!

Hehe, I have a birthday in 2 weeks, and my bemused girlfriend has agreed to get me this pack as a present. Hooray, trees for my birthday!

Christian Herzog   (Jun 11, 2007 at 15:27 GMT)
It's allways great if you've got a girl friend which supports/accepts your "nerdness" ;)
Mine once bought me a openGL book (of course after I told here that I'd like to have it veeerry much ^^ )
