The time have come. The prices is going higher and higher on everything. Hungry have struck 80 percent of the population. Health care is at the all time high. People died left and right, no one seem to care anymore. Crimes have gone beyond control of the police. People have to steal in order to live in this country. If you walk out your front door you take the risk of get your head blow off. Money rules everything of life, it is the only thing that matters. Money is more important then life itself. Now some angry poor people is about to set off some nuclear weapons. There aim is to kill all the rich people. Jealous have set to destroy all the people whose holding the money, so they think.
Boom, Boom, Boom! US is destroy, will 3/4 of it. Now the havenot is laugh at the rich people. But they dont know what they have cause. They just create a new human, if that what you can call him. He is fill with angry, Why? He is fill with what has happen to him. The long ago miss meals, going hungry and the disease. Now he has the power to revenge all what has happen to him. He have only one thought kill the entire world. Now it is your job to stop him.

This is a game idea.

Sentences incoherent... The English language butchered beyond recognition... Spell checkers eradicated... Decoder rings mandatory.. Now it's your job to translate these posts.

Is this a game concept?

David Montgomery-Blake   (Oct 25, 2006 at 03:48 GMT)
So you are killing the disenfranchised poor who are rising up in opportunity after a massive attack? Is it like Splinter Cell meets Bum Wars?

I have no idea what this concept is about. And I play Japanese games through my extremely bad translation. I make horrid US localizations look valiant and complementary. Engrish.com and babelfish are amazing compared to me. So are fans of Stile and the people SomethingAwful make fun of. And PurePwnage. And yet I am still not sure what I just read, which is really strange because I'm used to reading and understanding your posts without difficulty.

sounds like a good story for a game. good luck.

Jeremy Alessi   (Oct 25, 2006 at 04:18 GMT)
I hope it's a game concept ... because it kind of sounds like a prophetic threat from a non-US citizen ;)

All your base are belong to us! You have no chance to survive, make your time!

Ha ha! Actually at the risk of sounding...y'know, the broken up english sounds kinda cute to me. Like a screwed up little kid or something. But anyway, I understood the story and it has a nice little twist in there. That's what they get for being ritch anyway! Nobody told them to be ritch.

Wow. I really couldn't make sense of it.

Be nice. Or just don't post. It's obvious that he's a non-native speaker.

Sounds to me like the idea is that poverty, disease, pollution, rampant capitalism, etc, have conspired to create a "terminator" type creature, and our hero the player has been enlisted to stop him. Who is to say how the plot turns out? It could be that the player is enlisted to kill "the disenfranchised poor," a lot of movies have been based on this premise. And sometimes the hero figures out he's been on the wrong side all along, and turns on those who hired him. Or it could take some completely different angle. Scifi is rarely linear.

It sounds like he's got a solid idea.

It is a game idea. Thanks for all the comments and ideas. Plus I wrote it from the point of the new human. He is from a poor place in the US and with that said he does not have good education.

Jeremy Alessi, I am US citizen, native American.

Thanks for input. I see from my brain operation I had year ago. I still have a long way ago but I will get there.

Moxcamel is right. I may put a twister or two on it. I have been doing alot reseach. The US create this new human now they need to deal with him. It will be up to you to hunt him down. The new human thinks it is his job to kill everyone.

>> Hungry have struck 80 percent of the population.

Those bastards! Well lets strike em back for doing that. Kill the hungry!!

The story is written incoherently, but from what I can make out, this game concept sounds kinda like "Dead Rising" only instead of killing zombies you'd be killing homeless people and people on wellfare? I guess since the player is combating them, they'd be playing the role of the rich guy? Maybe a Bill Gates type toting a machine gun and wearing a nice sweater and slacks? LOL, oh man, maybe you should try to sell this to TakeTwo, they'd probably make it, lol.

Moxcamel, I was being nice. As I noted at the end of my post, I've had no problem reading Michael's posts on the forums but this completely befuddled me because I couldn't make much out as to what was going on or what the intent of the idea was.

@Michael
Have you played Condemned: Criminal Origins for the 360? While there are a number of enemies that come at you, but the goal is to hunt down a serial killer in dark and gritty environments. While a map would have helped out greatly, the atmosphere was great. The game itself was a little short, but was fun to play. It might be a good little bit of "chase" research.

If you are going to head in the direction of speaking from the new human's point of view, the book _Live from Golgotha_ by Gore Vidal might be helpful. The premise is that news corporations have discovered time travel and have sent people back to cover Jesus's crucifixion for ratings. A "hacker" has been playing with the time machine and history to scramble the transmission. The text of the book reflects this scrambling as the story progresses. It's an interesting book.

You could also implement something like in Prey where staring at a screen long enough can show a translation.

Just a couple of ideas I had since you explained it a little more.

@David: Joke's on me, I should have dug a little deeper and realized he was posting "in-character." :\

Fucifer   (Oct 25, 2006 at 20:13 GMT)
Moxcamel, no the joke was not on you. Thanks for the nice words. Sometime my words will come out correct when I am writing and sometime it will come out all mix up. I still have long way to go before I am back to my old self from the operation. I guess this something I will have too live with for now, But you did put smile on my face when I read your post.

I dont get mad at people for what they say because I know sometime I dont even know what I am saying. It sound good until next day I read it then I cant believe I have written that. It like switch that goes on and off.

David Blake
No I have not play Condemned: Criminal Origins for the 360. I will check the book out. Thanks!
