Just a little update on my game's progress.
Been working on the network side of things a little and can now save what the player looks like to the server side DB and load that up and apply it when the player enters the game. Players can also enter a lobby chat and view other payer profiles.

Here are some shots from the initial lobby and in-game hud.

Next I will need to start working on some actual game-play and finish up the lobby and matchmaking system and refine the character editing part a little more.

Ye BurNinG will have it there.. grr, now I should prolly put in a little more effort and time and perhaps get a little demo ready so we can actually play over the LAN at next week's meet :p

Dave, that female comes from Cubix Studio. I also got the male but am testing with the female only for now.

I think the in-game hud is a bit dull, but for now it will be enough to test the game systems with until I can make something nicer.
