i want to create a very compact action inclined game and need help.

it is about a nemw system i developed called HYPER SPEED NEURO INTERFACE fighting system.it also as a great story but i need artists,designers and the works.

i know this may sound like a hype but i believe if i achieve what i wnt to do it will beat the likes of devil may cry and onimusha.i just need a whole lot of help.
