Blog post
I haven't blogged in a while but a lot has been going on.

I started a new website thats a fansite devoted to TorqueX. It will feature tutorials, interviews, news, information as well as what developers are working on! You can view the site at www.torquexengine.com . I am really looking for suggestions and feedback to make the site better. If any of you want to contact me feel free to e-mail me SpindleTec@aol.com .

Even more good news.

Things are looking up at Blur Games. I am at the point where I need to incorporate it! Blur Games will soon become Blur Games Inc. The fees in Illinois are really high for incorporation but its worth it. I wish I lived in Oregon where the fee is only around $50. Plus I could sneak into the Garage Game's office and maybe peak at what their up to! ;)

Matthew,

While we appreciate your enthusiasm, unfortunately this is going too far. Please check your inbox for a cease and desist letter from our legal department. Thank you for understanding.

Why are you looking at a corporation rather than an LLC? I know that there are some interstate issues, but they are less than less. And converting up to a Class organization is not a horribly process anymore in most states.

Just interested in the reasons.

Heh, you had be scared a moment. I am not trying to spam the site, just wanted feedback and suggestions to make it better. It will be the TorqueX version of all those XNA sites like XNATutorial, LearnXNA, and XBox360 Homebrew. If I did overstep my bounds with the domain name please send me an e-mail at SpindleTec@aol.com . Thanks!

Replaced some useless bookmarked blogs with this. Nice site!

@David: FYI, the biggest difference between an LLC and Corp (I'm assuming that what is meant is an SCorp) is grandularity in ownership. With a LLC, all owners have equal share. with a SCorp, you can have someone with 1% ownership, and someone with 99%.

The reason why that may be helpful, is if you have a silent partner, etc

The site is now just a parked page. Where did it go?
