Good stuff coming your way from Journal Land this week folks! Step right up and start readin:
* Not Dead... - Phantom has been a part of a pair-programming experiment at his job, and his take on the experience is delivered here and here.
* Big Trouble In Little Chairtown - Drillan's weekly update, this time he goes into detail about his scrolling background implementation
* Journal of Rawr - Mittens talks about his experience so far with TorqueX
* Journal of Ysaneya - we had several April Fools jokes running around the site, but of them all, Ysaneya's lost data was the most potentially horrifying - because you know it's something we all have nightmares about constantly, no matter how slim the odds truly are.
* Radioactive-Software - Dan Green isn't letting up off the trigger finger and posted two more journal updates on his game detailing thousands of in-game civilians and the physics test course he built for checking up on vehicle physics
* Journal of Promit - Promit talks about ObjectTable Hacks in SlimDX
* Brian Hoffer's Journal - Brian gives details and source for the logging system he built that creates some very nice, simple, clean HTML output
Finally, while not directly related to game development, I have been using the new IM client Digsby over the past week and have posted up my review of the application so far. It's already looking like a serious contender to Trillian and Pidgin.
See you next week - goodnight Journal Land!
