Been away from torque for a while. Reinstalled my linux system because torque just kept resulting in segmentation faults. Seems its fixed now, I compiled 1.2.0 and HEAD and they run perfect. Had alot of fun troubleshooting (yeah I know that sounds weird) some problems during compile time. Now, I'm interested in doing Linux ports for Torque games. If you've got a project and need a Linux developer drop me a line at jamessparkman@programdev.com

Do you know with which libraries and version to link to? How to make the installers? How to troubleshoot other people problems? There's lots more to making a Linux build than just running make.

Obviously, thats what "porting" is. Torque itself is already ported.

Sure, Torque is, but when making game ports depending on how bad the windows coders are or what new feature where implemented in the platform side you will have to make new code too.
