I'm currently alpha testing the static model exporting code (release 0.1b see below). It currently supports static mesh, texture, and collision. I've got a few tweaks to work out over the week.

The release schedule will be as follows:

release 0.1b - Static single mesh, texturing, simple collision, status logging, error logging, dump logging

release 0.2b Static multiple-mesh, Multiple sub-object texture maps, Multiple collision boxes

release 0.3b LOD, collision detail levels, Translucency, Environment mapping

release 0.4b Bone animation sequences, .dsq support

release 0.5b Billboards, double sided materials

If anyone has any input as to the release schedule or feature list, let me know. I planned it this way to ensure small semi-rapid releases that are testable and built on the previous release.

Very glad to see you have such a well thought out plan. I totally agree with releasing like you're planning so each version can be tested.
