Medieval armored knight character pack with two types of weapons, ready for TGE/TGEA including 28 unique animations has been released !
The character has handmade LOD's and scripts to plugin it into game easily.

28 animation includes two main sets:
1. 1 handed sword + shield moves and two attacks
2. 2 handed sword moves and one attack

It is available in two versions as usual:
FULL($29.99) - all sources included for easy editing and modifications to build you own unique characters;

The textures are amazing. What are the poly counts for the character's highest/lowest LOD and each of the items?

Awesome! Are the anims compatible with villager?

Awesome knight for warscale. Same questions... how many polys on each LOD? are animations compatible for Kork? How many mountpoints?

Thank you for your replies!

Here are LODs tris count for the
knight:
1. LOD1(highest) = 3500 tris
2. LOD2(80%) = 2770 tris
3. LOD3(50%) = 1705 tris
4. LOD4(25%) = 866 tris

1 handed sword has no extra LODs:
1. LOD1(highest) = 212 tris

2 handed sword:
1. LOD1(highest) = 528 tris
2. LOD2(80%) = 416 tris
3. LOD2(50%) = 270 tris
4. LOD2(25%) = 124 tris

shield has no extra LODs:
1. LOD1(highest) = 336 tris

Mount points:
1. mount0 in right hand
2. mount1 in left hand
3. mout2 on the back

In TGEA version he also has a glowing eyes material with a simple 2x2 png texture easy to modify and make him whatever color you want:)

As to the compatible question - no he can't use Korc or villager ones but for those characters in our store we could easily convert any to any animations and post a small addons if there are anybody interested. Also we could make new animations to add to the pack!

Definitely interested in animations... they're very hard to come by for us coder types.

Very, very sharp. The detail is incredible.

I have to agree on the animations, keeping rigs similar across a line of models, would seem to me a time saver, vs creating a entirely new rig for every single model.

Nice work

I'm stunned, really nice work.

Just one question. I bought your Monster pack yesterday. However, your product page is very misleading. It says the "Mesh" is included with a MAX file, but when I open it there's no LOD, no rig, and no animation in it. I can understand the lack of animation, since it does say the "scene" is in Maya, but LOD? These FBX files seem to contain animation, but importing them makes MAX (8) crash. And even if that would work, the rig still isn't there to be modified. I'm so disappointed.

There's also no LOD in the 3DS. Is there a good reason for this? I no longer have any use of this pack, which is sad because it looked nice.

@all: Thank you very much for your kind response!

@Dave Young, Edward: Could you please specify what animations you want to be ported? Villager's to knight or knight's to the villager?
As to the same rig for all characters - yes it is very-very handy, but they all need to share same proportions and scale, so it is not so good if you want to fill your game with the unique characters ;)
If you could provide an animation list you need for the knight we will be able to gather them and upload for you to download. We could do it via email, of course!

@Stefan Lundmark: We have replied by email. Hope we will be able to solve this case :)

I would say: knight's to villager's. It's really the combat animations I'd like, for a skinnable avatar!

Nice work indeed; but you gotta offer TGEA instructions as well as currently it ain't TGEA ready at all. As far as I played with it for a bit, in TGE there's no instruction on how to use the wielded weapons neither. Just the player, empty handed, looking good there but defenseless : )
