Hi, I've only just recently started work on Torque.
I'm an art student using Torque for my senior art project. I have a very long-term interest in game design, and I hope to first enter the industry as an animator or technical artist.

So far I've found Torque very fun to mess around with, but very confusing when it comes to getting it to do what I really want. The documentation on the site is very hit and miss. Some of it is very helpful and informative, and some of it is very confusing, incomplete, or written for someone with more technical knowledge than myself. I've had a hard time locating answers for some very basic questions.

I agree that the online documentation could be a little better, but the forums are a fantastic resource. If you have questions use them, and you should get an answer. Torque takes a little getting to know, but once you understand how it works, it's really a nice piece of software.
