- As of right now, I do not have any direct experience outside of scholastic in the Game Design field. I am looking to develop experience by working with Indie teams for no pay and no pension! At this time I am CIO for a marketing and lending firm in NJ. I am incredibly well-versed in all matter technical.
During my time at the Art Institute Online, I have really only further honed my already well-underway quest toward being a game artist or designer. I enjoy creating models from concept art, I love to put worlds together from specification, and I love trying to make games seem more entertaining and immersing. To this end, I love art in all its forms, most notably in the 3d, Landscape/Level Design, Written, and Aural areas.
I work at a high level in 3d applications, primarily 3d Studio Max and UnrealED, but I am versed in other platforms as well. I have exceptional skill with crafting the written word toward any end, as evidenced by my background as a writer and lover of literature. I also can say that I am very gifted in taking parts and putting them together. While I realize this sounds a bit trite, I assure you that this ability has served me well in my time here so far, and is at a higher level than most people. I enjoy figuring out the best way to place things so that the whole operates in a more efficient manner than the pieces do individually. Continuing from this enjoyment, I love to analyze systems and learn how they work, and also how they could work better.
To a lesser extent, but not by any means an insignificant one, I love music. I am a 12 year veteran of the piano and toy with creating my own music in my spare time. If I could start doing this for a game project, I would be more than happy to experiment and showcase this love. I am well versed in Chords, Theory, Harmony, and other forms of Music design and creation.
