- I have not submitted any work to any games, as I have posted my music only to online music sharing services for listening. I would like to now expand my skillset to the gamers market, as I have been influenced by them over the years.
Artist bio:
Maximillian X is a dark ambient/break project inspired by the opening credits of dark sci-fi and horror films. Utilizing an array of samples, breaks, and dark synths, Maximillian X creates a dark mood suited for any thriller.
Maximillian X's true identity is Rob Dunn, former guitarist of the Quad City (IL/IA) hardcore/metal band Uphold. Different aspects of the band's music show through MX's releases. Layered beats, dark swells, and eerie soundscapes define much of the essence of his style.
The roots of Maximillian X stretch back to high school when Rob began experimenting with combining songs on tape via low-fi splicing. In 1998, Rob was introduced to electronic music when he purchased various compilations from Shadow and Ninja Records.
Now, he produces music that is the soundtrack for your resident stalker.

I have been a long-time gamer since the Atari 2600 and Coleco entertainment system all the way up to Doom 3 and Anarchy Online.
