- Biographical Information - Rob Yale
Rob Yale began his recording career in the early eighties, working initially in advertising. He began to develop a reputation as an innovator in the field of electronic music, and was the first person in Canada to make commercial use of the Fairlight CMI. As people in the music industry started to hear about Rob's work, he began getting many calls to work on albums - some of them very high profile. By the mid-eighties, his work expanded to include work on film and television projects. In 1989 he started his own recording studio, Digital Music & Post, and built that business over ten years. Because Rob was looking to expand the services he could offer, in 1998 Digital Music & Post merged with Toronto's longest-operating studio McClear Path
