Summary:
I've always been a gamer. I still remember the day I finally saved up enough money to buy an NES. It just seemed natural that one day I'd be making games.

I started getting paid to make games at Dynamix. After a few months there I was transferred to the Tribes team and was one of the first artists to work with what would one day be the Torque game engine. On Tribes I was the primary texture artist, responsible for all the player, vehicle and building textures in the game. After Tribes I moved to Lucas Arts in the bay area for a year and a half. But Eugene called me back and I've been here for the last five years working freelance on a huge array of projects.

My favorite work though, has been the high end modeling/texturing I've been able to do with Garage Games. I was contracted to build the dune buggy for the driving demo, the orc cross bow and the textures/materials for the elf sorceress and both orcs. Every time GG calls me up they're trying to push some technical or visual boundry, it's very exciting to be a part of that. Also being able to contribute work directly to a large community is such a rush. Seeing my art on the software shelf is cool, but seeing it used in an indie prototype or full game, that's incredible.

So I'm trying to do more community work. My first Content pack was just released, and hopefully many more will follow.
