I am primarily an artist, I work with a number of 3d packages.

On the designer front.... I have (what I consider to be) a minor publishing credit to my name for an RPG add-on scenario and accompanying artwork via Storm Press. I also completed a 100 page generic table top warfare game system and rules which I have never gotten around to publishing. It was a great experience in undertaking a significant project though.
