- not as useful in game design, but represents a background of using algorithms to control process behavior and a strong background of physics, math, etc.
2. C++, Torque Script
- Strong background of C++ and very familiar with Torque Script
3. Graphics
- Competent in Blender and GIMP
- Strong understanding of what it takes to get a model or bitmap into Torque
4. Torque Engine
- Good understanding of the basic structure of Torque
- Have modified and created new Vehicles, Sim objects, GUI objects, Player objects.
- Continuing to learn as much about the internals as possible
- Weaknesses: Collision is stil a black box for me. A future task for me is to implement some verlet based objects that can collide properly with the terrain. I have made great progress to this end already, but there is still some fundamental lack of understanding on my part. This has resulted in close, but no cigar type implementations.
