- I have been doing professional level programming projects for the last 8 years
and spent all of my time learning up until that first job. My career has had me
working with VB, Access, Macromedia Director, Borland C++, Visual C++,
Perl, ASP, SQLServer, PHP, MySQL, Flash and finally the Torque engine
(which is C++, but it's such a beast that it's almost it's own thing). I have
created database centric apps, stand alone apps and client/server apps. I
have created several flash games and have about 3-5 prototypes going in
Torque. The one I am focusing on right now has me working very heavily
with the GUI and TorqueScript. I think the last year I have gotten a great
overview of the engine and recently I have been making great strides in
finding the information I need quickly to get done what needs to get done.
