"It's a good thing sound doesn't travel through a vacuum, for if it did the sound of our two mammoth warships pounding each other would have deafened anyone. The New York rotated on its long axis giving the Dragon Breath its undamaged side. The latest broadside from the Dragon was devastating but I had something up my sleeve. I noticed that the Dragon's Admiral was not a three dimensional thinker. I ordered a 180 degree turn and upon coming around fired a full broadside into the Suns port side. The damage dealt was too much for the smaller class ship to handle; it immediately broke off contact and headed for the safety of deep space." - From the journal of Commodore James Stewart.
