Summary:
As described in the summary, I am a Database Specialist. I took my M.Sc. in Computer Science in 1998, and received my Ph.D. degree in 2003. During my Ph.D. I worked for six months in 2000 at AT&T Labs Research on distributed datawarehouses, and since 2002, I have been employed as a Database Specialist and Architect at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute.

I have programmed since 1990, first in Basic and Pascal, and since 1994 in C++. I started designing (and occasionaly developing) games almost immediately I learned to code. Originally focused mostly on platform/arcade games, but in latter years almost exclusively strategy and sports management games. The majority of these projects were never finished due to lack of time, and interest.

Since 2000, I have been working on the Imperium project in my free time. The Imperium project is an ambitious attempt to create a historical strategy game that mixes Strategy, Tactics, Diplomacy AND Politics in a single game. All the work is done in my spare time, but progress has been surprisingly steady over the lengthy time period that has passed. The game will hopefully reach Beta by the end of the year.
