senior in college at mizzou in columbia missouri (about to start final semester)
i have taken 2 e degree of infotech or computer sciencejava classes as well as tutored several people who passed the java 2 class at mizzou the java 2 class is very hard here and is greatly feared by starting freshman and sophmores in the computer sience and infotech degreees. Its known here as the weed out class its where most people who try getting a computer science degree or infotech degree drop out or change majors. I have used java alot and found the java 2 c it but i do have experience in using it and found the last 2 weeks to have hard subject materiallass to be pretty tough but i managed to get a low A in teh class. I was teaching myself c++ before i went to college but been so busy have not had the time to pick it back up yet. I am very profecient in html and php i knew a little of it before college and used it in 4 or so classes in college and got a wealth of experience in them including how to use database with them. I have taken a database class so i will not say im great at it but definatly found some of the more advanced type queries challenging. I have taken audio video classes in witch i have learned to use avid very well. I have systems annaylisis experience working on a class dedicated to it. I have taken 2 maya modeling classes and can model things effienct and well thanks to the great techer we had one of our projects was to model the other persons face witch was quite challenging. I have taken a class in networking and wwhile i have a good grasp on teh concepts i have much to learn in practice. I have taken cyber security class witch was overwelmingly informative. This coming semester i have 3 classes that will hopefuly add more tools to my toolbelt ill be taking softwareengineering the final class in my major as well as digital effects the other class is a class just for credits and will only be review for the most part. I also have joined this community because i want to begin the career i have wanted to get into for a very long time making games. The reason i want to make games is that i enjoyed them alot as a kid and still do. I want to bring the awe and wounder and fun i felt as a kid to teh next generation with new and inovative ideas that have not yet been done. Finaly i have done 7 diffrent beta tests some include Tabularosa, freeworld(still working on this one from time to tiem i belive this is a dead game though) , lost caos, pie story, repplez, and several others witch i forget there names. i have played many mmo games probably 20 to 30 of them some of my favorites include Lineage 2, Everquest, runescape, neosteam, rf online.
