.Maintained and developed .NET-based online dynamic web-site and secure web application for the Alaskan Permanent Fund Dividend, both of which serve hundreds of thousands of users across the state. The application, in particular, has seen increased usage and acceptance, and is now used by more than half of the residents of the State of Alaska.
.Developed and implemented secure eGarns electronic garnishment software and related standards, which handle Permanent Fund garnishments from officially licensed state and local government agencies across Alaska using .NET and AJAX.
.Developed PFDUpdate internal publishing software.
.Ensured system-wide accessibility as mandated by the Federal ADA and W3C web accessibility standards.
.Responsible for monthly publishing of public and private data extract releases in keeping with Alaska State Statutes. Also implemented automation of this process.
